It provides an intuitive, visual way for users to explore listings, filter by their exact needs, and understand the local area, leading to higher engagement and better-qualified leads for agents.

Retool Features Used

Interactive Map Component: to display hundreds of property listings visually based on their geographic coordinates, allowing users to pan, zoom, and explore neighborhoods.
Dynamic Filter Panel: to allow users to instantly narrow down results on the map using controls like price sliders, dropdowns for property type, and amenity checkboxes.
Real-time Data Binding: to connect the filter panel and the map, so that changing a filter immediately updates the properties shown without a page reload.
Map Marker Pop-ups: to show a quick preview of a property's details (photo, price, beds/baths) when a user clicks on its pin on the map.
