Introduction

The Venture Capitals project focuses on creating a comprehensive data management solution for a Singapore-based firm that maintains the largest database of startups and investors in Southeast Asia and Australia. The project aims to enhance the tracking and management of investor data, facilitating better connections between startups and their potential funders.

Problem

Company faced significant challenges in managing an extensive and fragmented database of investors and startups. With various types of investors, including venture capital firms and family offices, keeping data fresh, accurate, and easily accessible was a struggle. The existing manual processes hindered efficient communication and data sourcing among team members.

Solution

We developed a series of interactive dashboards tailored to company' needs, integrating their existing APIs and gradually migrating to a more robust database system. The solution provides a centralized platform for tracking capital providers and their investment activities.

The dashboards allow team members to:
